Responsibilities and Duties: These essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Ensure customer service greet every guest as they enter, say goodbye as they leave.
2. Product knowledge: meaning knowing all the ingredients in each menu item.
3. Upselling all specials and desserts goal is 10 desserts daily
4. Knows to how to open the restaurant
5. works every position in the FOH- such as expo, drive thru and front cashier.
6. Maintain restaurant cleanliness per daily Cleaning tasks and weekly deep cleaning tasks.
7. communicate guests request to management.
8.perform other duties as assigned.
9. Responsible for putting all orders away in their proper location.
10. Responsible for dining room cleanliness.
